Imago offers couples practical tools to deepen intimacy, strengthen friendship, and transform conflict into opportunities for connection and healing. This weekend will provide powerful insights and guided practices to help you build a more conscious, loving relationship.

David deBardelaben-Phillips is the Founder and President of Energetic Awakenings in Cleveland, OH. He is a leader in mind, body, spirit healing. David works with clients to identify roots causes that prevent them from being their full self and to take actions to achieve personal transformation. His main goal is to help each client Live Life Fully!

In his private practice, David works with individuals, couples, and groups. Much of his work focuses on authenticity with the goal of being genuine, real, and true to oneself. It’s about being honest and transparent in your actions, behaviors, and interactions

He is also a workshop leader and group facilitator for many organizations dealing with challenging topics such as racism & LGBTQ cultural competency. David holds his Master of Education from Cleveland State University with a focus on Adult Learning & Development. He is an Advanced Certified Core Energetics Practitioner, Exceptional Relationship Mentor, Reiki Master, and Certified Coach. He is currently a faculty member at the New York Institute of Core Energetics. In addition, David is currently working on his Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) certification and his Imago Certified Relationship Facilitator certification.

Clare Carr is an Advanced Certified Core Energetics Practitioner, an Exceptional Relationship Mentor as well as an ordained Helix Healing Works Minister in New York City. Clare is on the faculty of the New York Institute of Core Energetics; training new practitioners and bringing her creativity to the Core community while supporting the expansion of this integral somatic process. Uniquely combining Clare’s experience in the corporate world and her love for the dramatic arts, Clare created a network focused on embodied healing for dancers, actors and bodymovers. Clare specializes in helping with the challenges of self-acceptance and helps her clients evolve as they move through all stages, ages and transitions in life.

Clare’s practice focuses on individual, couples and powerful group experiences. She is currently in the process of completing her certification as a relational Imago Facilitator as a complement to her Exceptional Relationship Mentoring. Drawing on her earliest experiences with addiction, Clare is no stranger to conflict resolution and the importance of honest and direct communication. Clare welcomes the challenge of relationship healing and facilitates a hope-filled and creative process.
